The majority of publications in the literature deal with the planning stage, whereas few deal with the pre-project stage and the fewest deal with the implementation stage. More emphasis on the preparation phase implies that the execution phase will be simpler. A comprehensive adaptive reuse selection process is required to develop an adaptive reuse project. Determining the key drivers, challenges and issues that influence the development of adaptive reuse projects is crucial so that, that criterion can be taken into consideration in developing a comprehensive adaptive reuse selection process for delivering adaptive reuse projects.Item type | Current location | Call number | Status | Date due | Barcode | Item holds |
